Mr. Steamer.. yea i've ran those 2rms for 40 many times.. nothing wrong with that.. it gets'em to call you... nice thing about it is i usually walk out with a nice size check too!! They always want more services or protector..LOL!!!! love it man...

I charge a flat rate of $35.00 per room...$35.00 per flight of stairs...simple pricing...it seems to work for me...as for portable vs. truck-mount...my first experence with a truck-mount was when I had used a demo to do a banquit room in a hotel that took me and two other people 1 1/2 hours to clean with 2 portable machines...I did the same room in 45 minutes by myself with the truck-mount...3/4 man hours vs. 4 1/2 man hours...that convenced me to invest in a truck-mount...
