If a cust. ask you to clean the carpet, Clean it, tell then it may not look much better, but it will be sanitized, you don't just clean carpet for looks you clean it for health, and maybe the last is all these people can afford. I've seen some people wear pants or shirts I would wear, but because its not to my standards does that mean they should wash it. Your job is to do what the cust. ask. To the best of your ability. Just make sure you tell them their maybe some problems, and it may not look much better. But it will be clean.

Clean just a part of the carpet first, but make it the worse area. If they are happy with what you did, do the rest. If not, thank them for letting you try to get it clean, and don't charge them for the attempt.
