but really want to give my customers a better result, so would really appreciate any info on the cotton/micro fiber...where can I buy it, will it work on my machine etc...

I start by raking the carpet with a groomer, then vacuum, then spot where necessary, followed by a hydrogen peroxide and enzyme solution...then do two runs with the pacesetter, one vertical,one horizontal, followed by a final rake and groom...

Anybody think I should do anything different (while still using the pacesetter ) ?

I use only natural products that have green seal certification, or are certified by environmental choice in Canada, but at times have to use a chemical spotter to remove ink,oil,wine,juice etc...obviously with the clients consent...does anyone have any recommendations for a good all round spotter, chemical or natural...how do you guys work with stains like red ink or coffee  that have been there 5/6 months?They are driving me crazy...

I have followed alot of the advice on this forum, I must have read most of the posts by now.

This is my first week of business, I advertised with valpak...60,000 homes, 3 replies so far..

Last night wrote letters  for various customer types...churches, restaurants and bars, hotels and motels, schools, real estate and property management and commercial buildings.

Each letter is client specific, so while I have the time I will deliver them in person.

I got a really nice van and spent $1300 having sign*a*rama decal it, and over the next few days my website will go live.

So now I just need to clean some carpets...

I would really appreciate any advice on an alternative to the hydrogen peroxide, or some info on spotters that work.

Also, please, if you use the cotton/microfiber pads, please let me know what you think..
