Yep, customers mind tells him that a cleaner looking carpet translates into a clean carpet. Let them think whatever they want and don't bust your ass trying to do the impossible.
BTW, there is no such thing as Steam Cleaning either. Let them believe what they want to believe. They like paying people who agree with them and make them feel important rather than paying people who like to correct and educate. |
