I could do them in the garage.......but my area rug shop is set up in the basement....my basement is 2000sq ft...loads of room...I can clean hang and do minor repairs.... I have a river washing pit set up as well.
at .25 cents per rug...4 rugs will make me a dollar...LOL

Believe me this is only part of the story. The owner at New Way has told other people you are either on my side or Lee's side. Most people believe he has lost it. All I know is I would never trreat a customer in such a manner.

But doesn't lee offer repairs for things like color runs and stuff like that...

Its mercerized cotton, he pressure washed it. The nap is literally falling out of the rug and the texture is screwed up. The customer has a matching rug, we could never get them to match satisfactorily.

Get the other rug from the customer and send it to him to do his matching trick?? he should be able to repeat the process

what is the value of the rug....I didn't know they mercerized cotton for rugs?????? I thought that was reserved for clothing...
