Chemspec the buck passers.... when does one ever use soap in a sanitary enviroment...LOL isn't that the idea you use soap to clean dirty things...LOL
I bought a new bottle and sent if off to smith labs in etobicoke.. I want to test the amount of bacteria in it, something tells me it's going to be alot. rev-lon had a problem with one of it products... a line of face cream they made was filled with baterial. |

The funny this my DFC post was removed from the red board...LOL
man you all in bed together or what...LOLOLOL e-mail from today You don't have to refridgerate! You just have to use common sense in the handling and storage especially in unsanitary conditions. We have sold thousands of gallons of this product since bringing it onto the market and you are the first to develop this problem. Just curious. How often to you sanitize your truck and equipment? e-mail 2 Sodium Citrate is a nutrient and in unsanitary conditions it can be contaminated. I was pretty pissed after e-mail one so I wrote: This is customer service? This is the tone you take with a customer that has a problem with your product?? Maybe I was just the first to realize it. Listen nameless info person. I can assure you the area where the chemicals are used is clean. If I was running a dirty unit how would I have noticed the Bad smell coming for your chemical? This is going no where and nameless person I find you totally rude. Mr. Steamer e-mail 3 The best thing for you to do it to contact your distriubtor to make arrangement to replace the product you are concerned with. Have them call Ed a 416-421-5212 and I will make the arrangements to replace their stock. man there are nothing but untouchable in the carpet cleaning hood. if it isn't IICRC it the CRI or Chemspec... along with the red board these guys are worse than OPEC |

There is Sod Citrate and Soda Ash and Salt in the product but there is one more ingredient in there that is probably causing all the problems. I had my own way of making the product and I don't think I ever had a problem with it. Chemspec in the States has always had problems with the DFC line of products. They were better off keeping the manufacturing here in Toronto.

Ketchup??? no
relish..NO Mustard...NO you have to refrigerate after opening...or it will be filled with bateria. I like to have fun...I going to call the FDA and tell them that chemspec has used their name in approval for cleaning chemical. It's fun to see where this will go...LOL I bet that you won't see that FDA approval on the front of the bottle for long..LOL |
