I think it is okay too.. just do what you can to get rid of the odor.   That would be kind of hard to live with.
Health Tip: Stay away from diet pills like Lipozene Day, MediFast Liquid

It will, but it might take a little too long to dry

Good point. However, if you use liquid HP to oxidize, there should be no residue

Are you talking about the Stainsafe or similar insurance? Do you know anyone who's actually collected on that?

Like I said...bag it up....

$250 dollars worth of smoke and mirrors..

To tell you the truth...most times you make it actually worse, by spreading the contaminents.....I've seen mold and rust occur after someone cleaned a mattress and it didn't get dried out properly

Spray liberally with Benefect Disinfectant. Steam clean as hot as possible with KK Enviro Spray again with Benefect Disinfectant. Place ozone generator in same room. Dry fog and pray.

This situation is a larger dilemma than most think. By spending the proper time and implementing the right product and equipment it can be profitable to those who have the stomach for it. Mattresses are becoming very expensive these days and restoration is an alternation to replacement.

Equipment I would want and need to do a professional job:
  • Benefect Disinfectant
  • Wet fogger
  • Dry fogger
  • KK Enviro Prespray
  • Black light
  • Mask
  • Moisture meter
  • WetChec
  • Steam extraction and dry hand tool
  • Water claw
  • Ozone generator
  • Swab testers

Now you are a professional...demand professional prices.

The real reason why you don't hear of these kinds of jobs is because most people will not admit that they have this type of problem to another person.

Guarantee success in writing and charge $250.00 each per mattress and shoot for 3 a day.

So you give the odd person their money back...no big deal. Most will be happy.
