   We usuallly use portrables, this is the first upholstery we have done with the truck mount

     It was pretty wet but I did do quite a few dry passes

Tell them you are going to be straight Gully  with them , then just buy them a new sofa.

If he used 300Psi..............he more than likely over wet it. Find out how long it took to dry.......that should be your first hint.

Check the tags for outer covering contents or do a burn test on a scrap to determine content. Then take it from there. Not likely to brown if it's 100% synthetic. Did you overwet it?

  Hey I haven"t cleaned a lot of upholstery, so let me know what is happening here & what i did wrong.
     I cleaned a sofa & loveseat yesterday & my client phoned back & said it is dirtier than before i cleaned it.
     I never checked what kind of material it was because i have never had any problems before.  Just looks like something u would get at the Brick Warehouse or something.
     I used one scoop of suspend in a small pump up ( 1.5 litres )
     I used about 300 psi  
      Water was about 190
  If it is cellulosic browning will fibrerinse reverse it
