to bad we can't measure dirt extraction levels...
op does it's job..."LOOK CLEAN" carpet and that's what the customer is paying for..
wipe your ass with a terry cloth...hmmmm I wonder if it's really clean???
I think wash your ass is so much better....LOL

I see padding as a modification of the bonnet process. Some say an improvement rather than modification.
The variety of church doctrines make baptists and pentecostals look strangely at each other and while there are talking point differences, at the heart of it all both are actually Christianity I think. |

is padman going to go into detail??? actually telling the customer that the carpet will only "look clean" and I use that term very loosely with any low moisture machine
I've added a new line for padman..
Padman: I can give you a very even light shade of dirty that will look clean
customer: look clean! SOLD!

how do you sell the fact that the carpet only appears to be clean?
That's the truth isn't it?
it's the same for steam.... I would say steam is cleaner but the wicking problems are the kicker
OP is no where near as good as you have lead everyone to believe over the years.
all those pictures you posted of "clean looking" carpet
give me a percentage...
how much dirt can be wiped out or absorbed?

How many techs actually know the percentage of soil removed from job to job? All we know are the numbers iicrc et. al. puts out. Do we sell customers on the idea of clean or the appearance of clean? If it looks cleaner and stays that way longer, then what's the disservice?

it's just like a bum... you wipe wipe wipe... it is never really clean
most don't change the pads as offten as it should be... so they just keep spreading the dirt...
I would say a 10 by 10 area would need at least 10 pads and still would never be truly clean...
a picture never truly shows whats there... I know you love to use pictures Paddaddy
one swipe with HWE and you'd see it is still really really dirty

Don't know what your problem was, wasn't there, but if you were spreading dirt evenly, then you should NEVER be a padder.
Neither method gets it totally clean it is a gravity fed medium.
However, in the life of a carpet I can make it "look" better, STAY looking better for more of the time they own it than HWE ever could, so "even though I disagree with you" you think HWE is cleaner, I think most any customer would prefer it looking cleaner, lasting longer EVEN if you their cleaner thinks that is not true.

If you are a noob to carpet cleaning...PLEASE PLEASE don't buy an op machine and think that you are truly getting anything clean. trust me it's only a topwipe.... no dirt is being removed...
don't listen to padmans bull...
pictures will never show the true state of the carpet...
OP should never be used on cut pile residential carpet IMO
for commercial cleaning you need a million pads to do a good job...GET A CIMEX op is just CRAP
