I honestly don't remember what year I bought it. I bought it new. My best guess is

Which is best for commercial (restaurant cgd), high speed or low speed?

This machine is great, I love it.  I have a high speed and it definitely works wonders on nasty carpet.

The RX20 you have has the wrong vac heads on it. Do you have the original vac heads or only the newer half-filled ones? If I bought it, I would have to swap out the star and heads and that is not cheap to do. I prefer the slow speed RX20 over the high speed one but most of the remaining ones are beat to hell. Where are you located?

Why would you need to swap out so much? Finding glides might be difficult now, but if possible I would just put some teflon glides on it.
