Sorry it should have been use -:) How ever I think i am going to buy the Activator for both the carpet and hardfloor cleaning as a second more cersatile machine . Anyone has experince with it or anything better to suggest

What is the opinion in what is more effectiv cleaning method for carpet,the one that chem-dry use or pre spray and steam clean

It just depends on the carpet, the quality of the equipment used, and
the quality of the tech who performs the cleaning. I often inform my
customers that there are many cleaning methods, and each of them has
their place, but the most important thing is that you have a technician
who puts in the effort to do quality work.
