OP Cleaning

Regarging the corners...

We get INTO the corners, you see we use a 17" machine and 25" pads the access fabric gets right into corners and edges dragging out all of the dirt.  Also because of the extra fabric while cleaning the edges we are also wiping down the base boards where dust settles and scuff marks are left!!! Sort of an added bonus!

A house socket is 15 amps and the OP around 11 amps NO POPPING NO TRIPPING CIRCUITS!!!

Area Rugs YES we do those too. As long as your weight is on the rug it won't move while your cleaning it and it does tassle too!!!

We have an OP stair machice which also does upholstery and we DO get the backs of the stairs HMMM... beautifully I might add! And the BULL EDGE of the stairs... clean as a whistle. AND DRY UNDER AN HOUR!!

Our Customers constantly remark...  WOW your already done?? It looks great, when can I walk on it?? When we say go ahead its already dry, they are BLOWN AWAY!        

 This is one reason for so many referrals PEOPLE DON'T WANT YOU IN THEIR HOUSE ANY LONGER THAN YOU HAVE TO BE. 

ALSO the OP machine is so quite that we can carry on a conversation with our client while cleaning.This enables us to build a rapport with them and educate them as to why we use the method we do, and why it may cost a bit more.

OH AND IF OP WAS IN YOUR DREAMS YOU WOULD WANT TO STAY ASLEEP INDEFINATELY. BECAUSE IN YOUR LA LA LAND OF SLUMBER YOU WOULD HAVE MORE MONEY, LESS BACK ACHE, LESS TOXIC HAZZARDESS CANCER CAUSING CHEMICALS IN YOUR SYSTEM AND HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

I do like her arguement on cleaning though, I understand so many being "afraid" of OP, because it is so different, however, for 31 years we have cleaned homes, apartments, stores, churches, country clubs,office buildings etc with NO problems at all,

The arguement of "my area will or will not" simply won't work, we have this system in every type of demographic and while people may be afraid to try it, a new comer will have NO PROBELM setting up a biz with it.

The benefits, simply make it desirable to the customers, the fear is that of the cleaner, NOT the customers.

you clean with your Hyundia...it's cheaper on gas it's smaller it's quieter less emissions...

I'll keep cleaning in my Cadilliac.... I love the roar of the engine..those nice sleek lines... the steam the comes from the wand

I have never tried to ram my Steam Extraction system down anyones throat... it wouldn't fit

I clean in my BIG, BLACK, DODGE, DURANGO!!!

AND

G-MONEY IN HIS VAN!!!

DURING DOWN TIME WE SCOOT AROUND ON HIS GSXR-750 NOW THATS CHEEPER ON GAS!!

I have watched and listened with great interest to what you and all of the others are saying about OP cleaning. Obviously you have had great success and regardless of what others think the bottom line is happy customers who are satisfied and want to call you back. There is, however, one issue that you need to be aware of.

You make statements like: residue Free, Non Toxic, Biologically and Environment Friendly & Baby Safe. The last time i checked I have never seen any product from any manufacturer (apart from 1)  that lists all of the ingredients so you have no basis upon which to say this. If the product you are using originates in the US then they are telling you next to nothing on the MSDS. If the manufacturer is telling you that this particular product is all of the things that they say it is - that's terrific. But who has independently certified this information.

Without independant 3rd party verification all claims are totally meaningless - just marketing babbletrap and hype.

The fact that  you are happy with the performance of the product, system etc and have lots of happy customers is great. i would encourage you to continue down the path that you beleive in. But at the same time i would urge you to tone down anything related to what i haver explained above. The first time you run into a customer that wants scientific proof of these claims is the time that you just might be in trouble

One this I will say though, is that of all the ecapsulation products we have ever bought Johns is the first one that actually does Crystalize and encapsulate the dirt. Also his red vanish really does remove RED stains and we have put that to some serious tests. NOW as for the Bio and Eco friendly issues as I said before John will gladly speak on that.
