Steamer have you ever given him a second chance........Every one should at least deserves a second chance if you say he has some good qualities that are pretty important in this industry....the rest can be worked out. I wouldn't want to be at your house come Thanks Giving. |

Why is this? They see how I take care of the equipment. I make it plain that next to customer service is equipment service, still it won't sink in. Had a helper throw a commercial vacuum in the back of the van and then throw an air mover on top of it. Boke the vaccum. He acted like it was the vacuums fault. He was a great helper. |

I had a helper just drop the wand from the cleaning height when he had to move some furniture...he did it right in front of me...man..that was his last day...lucky the disconnect didn't snap off..it was real hot......

had another helper who didn't want to wand just move stuff around so his pay went from $10hr to $6.50 on the job no travel time....so he quit.......
