Nothing is wrong with what he said...sounds fine to me...some people don't want repeat customers.....they go in low...then charge high...holding the customer hostage in there own home...with...you need this...you need that..you need the other...they wet the carpet...grab the cash.... and then leave.

It's the customers fault for not asking the right questions and doing a little research before they buy a service.....

But they learn quick after they get screwed.....I feel sorry for the next person that cleans that carpet....they have hell to pay.

I started in 1992 and have been quite busy ever since.

I use a bit of pre-spray on the spots and then form 77 in my tank....so what the hell is your problem?

my portable is 500 psi and does a decent job...the carpet is dry in 2 hours and 90% of my customers are happy.

because I'll clean in such a large area I really don't give a crap if they call me back or not.

I don't clean to earn respect or because it gives me a hard-on like some of you girls.

I do it because I make a lot of money.....bought a house, a vette and saving for my kids education.

While you're in shampoo school I'm on vacation in Italy, Switzerland or Japan.

Call me all the names you want but I dont BS my clients, I tell them the price before I arrive and then I do exactly what I promissed I would do.

Do you realize that 1/2 the people who own carpets NEVER get them cleaned.
