LilNiteRidrhood vs The World

After cleaning carpets for 38 years I have never seen a warranty issue with a carpet belonging to anyone I know or for that matter with a carpet I cleaned.   I do way less wool than I did back then.  I have never had a claim against my insurance and I am finally thinking I will just get rid of it and use that $700 each year somewhere else.  If I did make a mistake on someone's carpet requiring a replacement within these last 9 years of my working life, I can get it at wholesale or near it.  I rarely do commercial carpet these days and I never take on the largest of jobs simply because as I slow down I can now leave that work for the younger guys.

Just saying what my personal experience is, not what happens to the rest of the world, they aren't my concern.  The next boards I will be on are rl.tv and aarp.org if I am still cerfing at that time even.

Hello  "STEAMER"  Thanks for reminding me that I know nothing about cleaning carpets!!!!  Every once in a while we need to be reminded that this is not rocket science. The beauty of this industry is what ever works for you, go ahead and continue to do it.
