Empty room, after set up time......I alone can pre-spray then clean 800 sq.feet in the first hour, maybe even 1000 sq.ft.............after that I would slow down due to lazyness to perhaps 600 sq.ft.

Set up and packing up truck is the biggest loss of time.

I've had quicker times using  2 Karcher high pressure pumps and 2 Drain-Vac self empty vacuums. It was a 15,000 sq.ft club house...........the 2 of us completed the job in 12 hours including 1 hour lunch and many , many  beer & pizza breaks

Same here as the guys above.. OH and it dont take 30min to setup and 30 to rapup.. 10-15 for me at the most depending how long the hose run is..

I dont know if the others do this but after the last job i will idle the TM turn off heater and chem meter then run the water throught the system while the vac hosed get rapped up.. This cools down the machine.. And spray wd-40 into the blower lube port..

That depends.........I'm getting off track right now.......but .........I once had 700 sq. ft. to do and thought I would be done in an hour.................the problem was the job was on the 7th floor of a building with no windows that opened.................so.....................out came the porty and then he said he wanted the truckmount unit.................conclusion..... I was very early for my next appointment.

why are you all watching the clock???  just work...  it all depends on how dirty it is.... how much prep work that has to be done... is it one big straight room or many small ones.  I've clean 1000 sq ft in less than an hour...and I've clean 1000 sq ft in more than 3 hours...  it depends

square footage times your going rate divided by the Average that you wish to make per hours= number of hours you can take and still make your GOAL per HOUR.

Example 1000 square feet times .25( your normal price per square foot ) = $250.00
Divided by what you shoot for per hour ( $100.00 for example) = 2.5 Hours.
This is the number of hours that you shoot for to make your Goal of $100.00 per hour . More than 2.5 hours you are cutting into your goal, less than 2.5 hours your doing fine.
