Nope. I had 2 of my distributors there that were going to show it. I never was going to be in a booth under my name even if I would have been there.

You repeatedly said in this forum that you HAD NO DISTRIBUTORS and that you REFUSED TO HAVE DISTRIBUTORS.  Now, how is it that these "distributors" couldn't show the machines they DISTRIBUTE??  Do these imagianary distributors get sick at the same time you do? At that time you claimed to have all of North America in your pocket, and they didn't have a single machine to show?  LOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOL

Friendly, I have NEVER claimed to have no USA distributors , ever. You will not find even 1 post where I said that.I currently have 2 dozen active distributors selling my products in the USA. What I said was I would not have any new distributors distribute my machines. The distributors that now sell my glides are going to be the ones to distribute my machines first, before anyone else does.

As far as Vegas last September goes, I was the one that was to explain how the machine worked. My 2 distributors would not have had either the time or the knowledge to explain how it worked. It was so new at that time. No, I need to be in the booth with them to explain to over 3000+ people how it works. This year I will do that.

Sorry, barfbag, another lie is not going to work. You said repeatedly that your machines were the best selling in North America. Your distributors should have them already.

How could they? I have not distributed them to any other distributors as of yet. I am the sole distributor for the time being. The 2 that were to get machines in their booths last September were to be the first ones to sell the machines. That did not happen. And none get the Titans before Connections this September either. Before that happens, I need to make sure I can handle the high demand there is going to be for them. For now, I only sell these machines to the 2500 members I have in my cleaner's club. Everyone else has to wait.

So lets see, 24 active distributors selling my products in the USA.  Just to clarify what you are saying here Ken, remembering you are under oath and what you say may be used to bite you in the a$$ if necessary, are you saying:

A.  2 dozen distributors actively selling your portys in the US
B.  2 dozen distributors who are active selling others items that you have given permission to sell your portys even if they never do (or even return your calls or could remember having ever made a sale of your portys)
C.  2 dozen distributors who require anyone buying your portys to sign a confidentiality agreement and do get those confidentiality agreements signed by every buyer

Which one is it Ken?  See, it is hard to remember your lies.  Seems unlikely that someone who wants to keep his sales to a manageable level has 24 people willing to sell against the risk that you can't deliver and that with these 24 people not one is known by any of us.  Not that I am implying you are a liar Ken, just that Judge Judy is not alone is prejudging people based on the testimony of others against the defendant who cannot produce a witness of a shred of evidence to back up his claims.

So, which one Kenny - A, B or C????
It's ORY GUN, not OR A GONE. Learn to talk.
