I would not bet on that Paul. My sources tell me that they too will lose. It will just take longer for it to happen because they will spend more money to stretch out the challenge to HR. But a Billion dollars beats a Million everytime.

Well with that statement Ken, it dosent really matter!
EVIL WILL TRY TO DO, WHAT EVIL WANTS!
Laws have just changed in the U.S. patent office to help promote new idea's,
and to help stop foolish law suits!
 The Quick Change Slider, is far more advanced then your Glides!
And I have to agree with the many people who say,
that Chem-dry or who ever, should never have gotten a patent on
such a poor and incomplete idea , in the first place!!!

And you are forgetting one thing too, Al. In real life it does not matter if you are right or not. What matters is if you have the money to go up against a better financed oponent that is prepared to say you are wrong, and keep putting money into the court system against you till your money runs out and you lose. Unless you have a 1/2 million dollars or more to feed lawyers, ultimatly you will lose.

The "SLIDER" is a major improvement , with major changes & purpose!
Or, one could say, the Slider is like the bicycle, and the Glide, the unicycle!
Do you think the maker of the unicycle could sue the bicycle inventer for

Yep, and holes cause barriers to be formed in the intake, so it works out to the same thing. If you have a multi-holed design, you have a barrier to airflow, and are in violation of the HR patent. End of story.
