Well now Steamer......why would Ted show you a glide WHEN HE KNOWS HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THEM. He knows you wont buy.

Ted has a secret stash of them he brings out only for his best customers. He's got them, but you wont ever see them.

GG disputes the infringement claim due to several reasons including prior art and definitions of words HRI used to describe their tool. Ironically, the infringement claims aren’t over holes, but rather the meaning of key words including “tapers” and “barriers”.

Yep, and holes cause barriers to be formed in the intake, so it works out to the same thing. If you have a multi-holed design, you have a barrier to airflow, and are in violation of the HR patent. End of story.

And you are forgetting one thing too, Al. In real life it does not matter if you are right or not. What matters is if you have the money to go up against a better financed oponent that is prepared to say you are wrong, and keep putting money into the court system against you till your money runs out and you lose. Unless you have a 1/2 million dollars or more to feed lawyers, ultimatly you will lose.

If that were true Doug, he would have lots of fun paying HR $1.5 million back in penalties when they stick him with triple damages then, eh?
