Yep. From one of those high priced newsletters I subscribe to.Costs thousands per year, but keeps me in the know about what is really happening. I don't listen to those talking heads on CNBC like most of the rest of you do.

I did. But some inside knowledge I received about what is happening on the oil and housing markets changed my mind on that. The V's are primarily going to be used to develope my commercial market here in Calgary. The $100,000+ plus I will save by waiting till next year makes the wait worthwhile.
