They told me that Home depot came out and sprayed it with gard themselves... which I found funny... I think I could have gotten it clean if I was willing to use some peroxide or traffic lane spray... but not on a new carpet that should have been protected.... I couldn't believe that they had no pets... they must be mud wrestlers.. But they didn't tell you that Home Depot tried to clean it first.... and they also rented a machine |

If that was the case.... I'm just a sub getting paid sub-rates Nordic knows more than he lets on..lol Soap water... I wasn't about to use my bonnet on a 1 year old stain master carpet from Home dept... It was under warrantee.. if it couldn't come clean using tradition methods HWE... and a heavy duty soap I think they should call the manufacturer... Like doug says 59 bucks can only stretch so far |

NO problem I have done mill repairs referral from Bane and had no problems cleaning up what was said was not able to clean and using only safe natural and netural cleaning agents ONLY! This is why I got the refferral in the first place. Go figure? N1

Doug There are a couple good cleaners in Kitchener that might clean it for you------can't think of their names right of hand, but give me time and I will remember their names. Lee hope you don't have to wait as long for payment as most mills take to pay for this kind of service. |
