Nope. Had to clean it to see if it would come clean. Sears in Mississauga had cleaned it and it wouldn't come clean. He filed a claim. Thats what this manufacturer pays!! Hope they have more!

Lee:I have found that to be a problem with Chem Dry in the Kitchenrer area. If they can't clean it it must be a defective carpet.  I won't travel the 75 miles to clean.  The mills can do what they like. I have cleaned traffic areas with a towel that said wouldn't clean.  Keepup the good work.  Guitar

Doug There are  a couple good cleaners in Kitchener that might clean it for you------can't think of their names right of hand, but give me time and I will remember their names.

Lee hope you don't have to wait as long for payment as most mills take to pay for this kind of service.

If that was the case.... I'm just a sub getting paid sub-rates Nordic knows more than he lets on..lol

Soap water... I wasn't about to use my bonnet on a 1 year old stain master carpet from Home dept... It was under warrantee.. if it couldn't come clean using tradition methods HWE... and a heavy duty soap I think they should call the manufacturer...

Like doug says 59 bucks can only stretch so far

They told me that Home depot came out and sprayed it with gard themselves... which I found funny...

I think I could have gotten it clean if I was willing to use some peroxide or traffic lane spray... but not on a new carpet that should have been protected....

I couldn't believe that they had no pets... they must be mud wrestlers..

But they didn't tell you that Home Depot tried to clean it first.... and they also rented a machine
