If you have had success with your present rinse agent, and you come across one problem, don't blame the rinse agent, could be a pre-existing condition and you just activated it.

What equipment and chemicals did you use? List them all. What stains did you treat and with what? Did you pre-vacuum? Did you spray anything on the carpet after cleaning it?

Does anyone else have a suggestion for a acid rinse. I have been using Prochem All Fiber Deep Clean the last year and found it works really well, cuts down on call backs and the carpet feels soft. However, I just had a call back where the customer had a tough time pushing the vaccuum over the carpet fibers, and the carpet did feel tacky. It was a three year old cut pile carpet. Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this. |
