Does anyone else have a suggestion for a acid rinse.  I have been using Prochem All Fiber Deep Clean the last year and found it works really well, cuts down on call backs and the carpet feels soft.  However, I just had a call back where the customer had a tough time pushing the vaccuum over the carpet fibers, and the carpet did feel tacky.  It was a three year old cut pile carpet.  Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this.

What equipment and chemicals did you use?  List them all.  What stains did you treat and with what?  Did you pre-vacuum?  Did you spray anything on the carpet after cleaning it?

If you have had success with your present rinse agent, and you come across one problem, don't blame the rinse agent, could be a pre-existing condition and you just activated it.
