1 or 2 jobs pays more than they can make in carpet cleaning in a year...

I spent 26 years at it. I always found it to be a money maker. But the last few years in biz I got out of it way tooo much BS and i think a little burnout didn't help either.Drunky

I have recently started doing cleaning for 3 restoration companies

suprisingly alot of work there and you can charge top dollar

I'll gladly stand on a water claw for $150 an hour.................I'm just not interested in the tear out and rebuild though

or dealing with adjusters for that matter
A.K.A.

Actually I have been trading the FX markets for over 30 years now Earl. Just wondered how you are doing.
oh really ken 30 huh.....FX hasn't been opened to the public trader for 30 years...so thats bull...LOL  fx was exclusively just banks and hedge funds up to 13 years ago...LOL  BIG MONEY and we both don't have any of that...LOL

LOL.

Okay back in 1977 it was not called FX. Back then it was Futures Trading in Currencies. But it was pretty close to the same thing. I traded the Can Dollar VS the US Dollar just like I still do today. Except it is way easier today now that it is done on computer. The FX that exists today I have only been doing for 5 years now.

SHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Dont let the secret out.
I prefer taking the water out at $300 per room than adding it at $40 per room.
Dont treat people like customers. Treat them like friends.
