I'm watching as the guys that are doing floods in the GTA get richer and richer!!!
no small time money.....10's of thosudands of dollars!!!! per call!!!!
yes they wait but when it comes in it comes in.... equipment rentals is where the money is...
Insurance adjusters know them...they give them the BIG jobs
It's all bright and sunny on rainy days for the flood guys in the GTA...LOL
sucking up water has a new meaning in the GTA....ripping out drywall....throwing out carpet and pad...fixing painting redoing....drop a few blowers angle them right drop a few dehu's 72 hour minimum rentals...we need a bin...order a bin! the smallest 10x10 area could run 3-5 grand to be fixed...LOL
There is a new Mafia in town and they are called flood guys!

Kenny actually FX is doing great..I can clear anywhere from 1 to 10 grand per month...last month a little slow...currency wasn't moving much...but still made money..
I am looking to get some more blowers and a bunch of Dehu's though...

LOL. Okay back in 1977 it was not called FX. Back then it was Futures Trading in Currencies. But it was pretty close to the same thing. I traded the Can Dollar VS the US Dollar just like I still do today. I have recently started doing cleaning for 3 restoration companies
suprisingly alot of work there and you can charge top dollar
I'll gladly stand on a water claw for $150 an hour.................I'm just not interested in the tear out and rebuild though

I spent 26 years at it. I always found it to be a money maker. But the last few years in biz I got out of it way tooo much BS and i think a little burnout didn't help either. ------------- Just My opinion |
