Put 100 names of potential employees names on a dart board. Throw dart. The employee picked this way will work out about as good as any other way you try.

I am wondering what is the most successful way to get new employees. We normally post in a local county newspaper but are considering advertising in the big Atlanta paper.
Seems like good help is very hard to find ![]() Has anyone had success putting ads up for help wanted online? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Justin |
