I am wondering what is the most successful way to get new employees. We normally post in a local county newspaper but are considering advertising in the big Atlanta paper. Seems like good help is very hard to find  Has anyone had success putting ads up for help wanted online? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Justin |

Put 100 names of potential employees names on a dart board. Throw dart. The employee picked this way will work out about as good as any other way you try. ------------- Inventor of the Teflon Wand Glide and the Turboteck Rotary Air Duct Cleaners for TMs. |
