Well we looked over what we did last week on the 22,000 square feet we cleaned in Louisville, it all looked great! It took us 8 hours to clean it all with 4 of us. We had used Clean-N-Vac WHAMM.

This past Saturday we used Clean-N-Vac ENC on the next 22,000 square feet.
Well, it only took 6 1/2 hours, cleaned faster and dried faster as well, the cotton pads STILL cleaned FASTER and BETTER than the FiberPlus pads, or the Durapads or the Encapsulation brush. The areas we cleaned the week before with the FP, DP and the encap brush did NOT look as good as the areas cleaned with the cotton pads.
Now still only used 1/4 the pads we normally use on this job. 7 buckets as opposed to 30 to do the same area a year ago, that is a LOT less work here washing pads during the week.

One thing we noticed with the ENC over the WHAMM is that it made us work a lot less, as it has more slick to it and the machine moved easily over the carpets.

Clean-N-Vac ENC does NOT have any odor solving properties but did do a better and faster job of cleaning the carpets.

Next week we will use Tsunami on the whole job and the following week PBX. Then the last week we will use what worked BEST because the bottom two floors are the dirtiest.

Will keep you updated

How many pads per 1,000 sq feet does that work out to this time and last year ??

Same vacuum used each time ??
