Tomorrow we have 33,000 square feet to clean, this will be my first large commercial job where we will be using Clean-N-Vac WHAMM. We are going to try three different machines, three different weights, four different types of brushes, pads, and scrubbers to see what gives the best results. The great thing about this job is I get to go back and clean 20,000-30,000 square feet each Saturday for 4-5 weeks so I can monitor the job and see how well it is holding up week to week.

NoDic1:  I haven't been able to adapt the pads to my 405 yet.  But maybe someday I will invent a steam op machine that uses sahara pads exclusively. What do you think of that.  Is it possible?Guitar

OK, instead of 5 people cleaning 1 2/3 floors with 28 buckets of pads, 4 of us cleaned 2 full floors with 7 buckets of pads.

Tried using just the encap brush, a porko pad and a durapad, but far the Cotton Pads did a better and faster job of it.

Mr. Steamer: We do very little commerical and what we do do want the trucks. We just done a feed mill yesterday and another branch this week. They want the trucks.  I am going after some of the market Chem Dry got. We get calls asking how, now we can offer both. But have to let people know.Guitar

So you're using the OP machine as an alternative??? or are you advertising it as your main stream cleaning method??

We are prepare to offer which ever they want. I am still convinced that in most cases people will still want the truck.  But we do have a small area. I have some people who just will not use hwe they will bring Roto Static from London to clean or the guy with the Von Schrader unit. Just maybe I can get at them now. Or maybe like some others they just don't want us doing their work.Guitar

Well, another successful night of posting comes to an end? Pushing John's buttons sure gets this place jumping, but gets too stressful for some. I wont be doing that anymore though now that I am finished talking to him on this board.
