I've got 2 sisters with that problem. It seems to be a gene that hits female family members. I get some form of exercise every day and as a rule eat fairly well,IE breakfast- oatmeal and egg whites, weight training, and a ten mile bike ride later on. I've slacked a bit over the holidays and popped on a few pounds because of my chocolate addiction,but full bore ahead now. I want to be doing 300 pound bench presses again by spring. ------------- Certified to be certifiable. |
