Topic: A Pro with his Pad
Posted By: carpetologist
Subject: A Pro with his Pad
Date Posted: 13/December/2004 at 4:10pm

There once was a man from Godrich who saw an ad for a PAD.

He bought it because he thought it was a FAD.

He paid more money for it than a TAD.

When he got home he took out his bill and started to ADD.

The cost was so high he though he'd been HAD.

But it was sold to him by this great man called PAD.

He felt comfortable with this man who gave him advice like he was his DAD.

He said now go find a high paying customer LAD.

Now when the customer saw no hoses she got MAD.

Doug said now lady you must trust the PAD.

Within 20 minutes the lady was super GLAD.

Now doug thought of what his new truck cost and got MAD.

By now he has realized he only needs his one horse and a PAD.

Now it was off to the laundry to wash the PAD.

When doug couldn't get all the dirt out he was SAD.

He said next time I'll try the Teflon Super Glide Ken PAD.

The moral of this story is don't get rid of your Prochem. You may need it to clean the PAD.

I would say so Doug. The real big money is still selling the pads, but you need to have a good pricepoint on the dispensers for the mainstream cleaning community to adopt this cleaning method in a big way. When I was at KK for glideday, I was more than watching. I heard many of the cleaners there say that they liked the concept and results of padding; but felt that the $2000+Cdn cost of the machine was too much. Many said that if they were selling around the $1000 mark, that they would get one. I will be doing my part to help that happen.

Yes, but not as large as you think. I have already rebuilt the number of distributors selling my glides up to 88 stores. Many of these will sell the machines and pads as well as the many other products that I have planned. I will add to this number of distributors as time goes on.

Count your blessings. And then you have the nerve to tell Mr. Steamer than you make no money from selling the machines? What kind of fools do YOU take us for John?????????? lol

Kenny Baby, I could build "A" machine for $800.00  but not "THE" machine for $800.00, but then again Kenny, I BUILD machines, NOT DREAM about them and then post.

You have proven yourself a FOOL. Also a REAL manufacturer knows that BUILDING a machine and selling for that price without MARKETING it, would be STUPID. But then you would have to actually MANUFACTURE a machine to know that.

You talk and talk but NEVER answer questions relative to testing or manufacturing.. WHY? Because first you would have to UNDERSTAND or have EXPERIENCE with manufacturing.

Your gig is up Ken, no one believes you anymore, at least not anyone who is not naive.

Not Naive American that doesn't believe a WORD he says..

She never did eat much at McDonalds and now along with all her friends claim that they will never again support this den of iniquity.

Doug, your idea of giving a machine to each customer is not all that bad, just sell them the juice because these low moisture systems just love detergent, they depend on lots of detergent to make the system work.

I think the adverage home owner would buy a OP machine if the price was more reasonable....

it really takes NO SKILL even and 8 year old can do it...like Diva's and Gmoney's son....

some ones going to come up with a 500 dollar model(that all it should really cost) and wham bam thank you maam..

I've priced out the making of an OP machine... gave my frabrication shop the specs and the motor size... they came back with material cost of 250 cdn.... thats base handle and pre drilled holes...  motor and wiring I can do myself.....weeee just something to make it go wiggly jiggly and I'm set
