Different types of carpet stains: * Water-soluble stains: The water-soluble stains are the easiest to remove with water and normal detergents. Sometimes, after the carpet cleaning, the carpets get stained with the watermarks. Common types of water-soluble stains are soda, alcoholic, beverages, etc. * Fat and Oil-based stains: Such kind of stains is very difficult to remove with normal detergents and water. These stains require special time and efforts. These stains include cooking grease, petroleum jelly, lipstick, etc. To remove these kinds of the stains from the carpets you can use the solution of vinegar and baking soda. In worst cases, you can get the help of the professional carpet cleaning by the expert cleaners of your town. * Wax and gum The stains of the wax and gum are just stubborn, these are too difficult to remove from the carpets. To get rid of such kind of stains, you can apply the ice on the wax or gum stains.

Even the toughest stains is possible to be removed when you know how to do this. - Professional cleaning services would be the reasonable solution.

I use cleaning solution for carpets when stain is an oil one and water when stain can be deleted fast, in first minutes. Last solution is cleaning service, they know their job, personally i give my carpets one time per year for a generally cleaning to maintain their good condition and aspect. |
