Hey guys, wanted to introduce myself. I am a carpet cleaning professional just turned owner. Based out of Petaluma, CA, I am coming here to look for some insight on how to improve my customer service, learn new cleaning techniques, and hopefully gain some insight on the best marketing techniques. Hope to gain some knowledge!
