An injury has forced way to early retirement from the Fire service. I am looking into either purchasing an established business or starting from scratch. My QUESTION is in regards to this business for sale offer. I sincerely appreciate any and all advice/opinions on any aspect of what's below. IE; specifics about the equipment, hours on the Prochem, vehicle choice etc. And please how does the price sound for what is offered?
Partial CRAIGSLIST ADD:
18 years in business, earning consistent income. Start working right
away with established customers without advertising. Current business
scope consists of carpet, upholstery, and some window cleaning, carpet
repair, and water damage restoration/structural drying on a smaller
scale. Included in sale are:

high temperature water well over 200deg with super suction. High

equipment.

properties who wishes to stay on board. Subcontractor status w/own

Thank you all so much. Cheers.

do you see the injury that forced your early retirement not getting in the way of manual labor? When did you get all the experience at washing windows, cleaning carpets and upholstery, repairing carpets and to what degree are you certified for water damage. Get a rod and reel, go fishing for your dinner. enjoy retirement, you earned it. Go visit your friends at the fire house. There must be some projects around the house that will keep you busy. Be a salesman for a fire alarm company. You are more qualified than most.
