I know and have talked to hundreds of carpet cleaners and one of the BIGGEST reasons they don't WANT to know about Op is because of the money they have invested.

It doesn't make  sense to a lot of people that a 3000.00 or less system can clean as well and in many cases better than a 70,000 unit.

If a guy is making monthly payments on a large truckmount the LAST thing he wants to hear ot ACCEPT is that a guy down the street is givng him heavy competition and only spent a fraction of what he didi. Also a guy may feel he would look stupid in the eyes of his wife for having to spend money every month making payments on something he could have paid cash for.

But that really has little to do with reality.

KISS, comes to mind, often SIMPLE things work well, and always costs much less than the complicted HIGH tech things. But High tech does not insure better results.

OP is SO SIMPLE that many can not or do not care to get thier minds around the concept. YOU DON'T have too, but for crying out loud don't get offended by those that CAN understand it, tried it, liked it and have done well with it.

PadMan: Using your logic. You have a hole to dig.  You can hire a man with a shovel, or you can hire a backhoe, both will get the same results right?  The man's shovel is paid for when the hole is dug.  The backhoe is not.  Both dug  the hole the man took all day the backhoe took an hour.  with your logic you should hire the man with shovel right?  Keep it simple and don't use the technology available to get better and faster results.  I guess your answer could be. Depends where the hole is being dug weather a backhoe is an option?  My answer is you may have to use the best piece of equiment best suited  for the job at hand.  No one piece of equipment can do everything.Guitar
