I own a 2005 Butler system with the standard heater.  I have 300 hours on the truck mount (I do a lot of power washing)

The last month I have noticed my water temp at the machine at only 180, and the gauge seems to be working fine.

Any idea why I have lost some heat, when I first bought the machine it was at 200-210.  The truck gauge is also at the normal 210 as well.

Anybody run into this problem before.  I have gone over the manual several times, called butler with no luck.

Descale your hx????
The valve for your temp adjust is pooched, therefore allowing cold and hot water to be mixed and reducing your temp?????

Those are the first two possible issues that come to mindBig smile

When that happened on my TM(its not a butler) I turned up the fuel regulator on the heater and it solved the problem.
