Can somebody send me an electronic version of the Carpet Cleaning Technician manual or tell me where to download it? How much does it cost to take the class and get certified?Also, are any of the other classes IICRC offers worth taking?

You could also get Jeff Cross's manuals and tips. They are good for building a solid foundation of knowledge. Wisdom, that comes from experience.

I have both the original Carpet and Oriental Rug Cleaning as well as On Location Upholstery & Drapery Cleaning. I found both online in November 2005. Great for a base of knowledge in carpet cleaning. A Business Degree provides the best in business sense for most, these manuals will never do that. Been busy lately with taking care of business. ------------- It's ORY GUN, not OR A GONE.
