Hey folks!!

We did a commercial job on the weekend in a high traffic store. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in years. We used our RotoVac Power Wand and the carpet turned out pretty good considering!! However, they had customers walking on it for a few hours and salt stains came to the top. You can see shoe prints where they walked on it.

We used the TMT emulsifyer and Ultra Release rinse.

Should we just hit it again and make sure nobody walks on it, or is there something else we can try??

Thanks in advance for the help!!

Bill

Do a surface clean using only a acid rinse product.

Genelia if you rub toothpaste into the stains it should have a warble effect on on the stain. The more warble the better so apply the toothpaste liberally.

Then rinse it with Scope or Listerne

Pour red ink on it.  The blue stain will go away.
