Congratulations...you have purchased a machine that goes beyond cleaning. It is in my estimation a restoration cleaning unit that will blow the socks off of clients that have extremely soiled carpets.

Starting out with such equipment gives you the edge over the quality of others who have been in the business cleaning with a manual wand for years.

Unfortunately  it comes with a price and a dash of frustration. First off you will quickly find out that you do not want to clean customers carpets that are extremely, extremely soiled. These people who have generally allowed their carpets to get this soiled have no money to pay the price you need and they generally bounce cheques. Not good news for your first week of business, but a fact.

Using this unit to clean average soiled carpets will take much too long and end up being costly on labor. The carpet will look just as good with the use of a wand.

Suggest you use this unit in traffic areas and specialize in restoring carpets from fire damage and deal with insurance claims and charge 60cents per sq. ft. Or trade it back in on a Rotovac 360.

Nice! Very nice. Marketing is the key. If you have the best equipment, best employees and best of everything, it dose'nt matter if no one knows about it. Let everyone know about your business. I mean everyone.

Very good advice Carpetologist. I use to have a rotovac but sold it because it took way to long. I use to have a Drimaster  also but sold that, too. I use a good wand now. I was not impressed with either one of these, however, they a good marketing tools.

The machine gets you jobs, but only use it on areas requiring the powerwand, use the wand everywhere else.  Cliff Munson will tell you that.

Like cleaning Christmas dinner dishes, pots and pans.  You would use the steel wool on the pots and pans but a sponge or washrag takes care of the rest.

So, heavy traffic areas and areas requiring extra flushings is where it serves best.  That was my personal experience with it before I went with VLM methods.

Website could be a little more visual, but it may get some calls as long as it ranks high with Google.

Also, to help get your site found in local search results you may want to include your city in the anchor text of your backlinks.
