2 questions:

Some wands have jets on them with screens, how often do these have to be replaced???

Do all wands have these screens???

No they dont. Most of those that dont plug up fairly easily.

All jets do not have filters and not all wands have screen filters. But a filter should be installed somewhere in the system to keep jets from clogging.

Generally high pressure wands require HP hose and an HP solution control valve that usually is made with a teflon O'ring as opposed to rubber. Now the orfis in the jets on HP could be from .03 to .06 as opposed to LP at .08. Many people think the opposite but the higher the pressure and less water volume you will require also means drying carpets faster.
