Welcome Dennis. Since you got your training with Servicemaster, you are off to a good start. Ignore some of the negative posts here, and concentrate on learning what you can from the positive ones, and you will do fine.

Ken:  You be sure to point out to Dennis which posts are negative - and which ones are positive+. I wouldn't want him to read about all your problems.Guitar

Welcome Dennis,

I would be interested in knowing how much you deviated from the Servicemaster system once you went out on your own. And was this a good move for you? Also, how do you think Servicemaster became one of the largest?

Welcome Jim,

You are the third person from Australia to join our forum. Nice to see the interest down under. Now what happened to surroundings? Hopefully he is on vacation. We miss him.

Wow it seems a little rough in here.  Thanks for the welcomes though.  I dont have neer enough money to do yachting and there isn't many lakes big enough for a yacth here in WI.

I have tried to have a higher level of customer service in my business than the servicemaster franchise i was a tech for.  It is hard getting work, but am much happier on my own.

SuperGlide Ken, I can see the negative posts you mention.  Is this board that nasty, because i'm here to learn how to do things better and easier in my bus and if that is the usual stuff on the board i'll not be here long.

Off to clean a nice home and I hope I can sell some scotchguard.

Best wishes,

DC

Dennis:  I don't know who you are referring to as being rough. Surely no me.  Welcome to board.  On this board everyone is just one big happy family. Except for Gomer and Diva they are the Gods of The Pad.  If you want to know anything about op cleaning just ask them.Guitar

And if you like to know anything about being a NO TOOTH HAVING, MISERABLE, RED NECK,  RETIRED OLD A**Hole

Then please feel free to ask DOUG!  the old fiddling fart!

BTW Welcome to the board the rest of us really aren't so GRUMPY!

Dennis we try to respect all cleaners and all mehtods of cleaning I just seem to have a problem with the GRAND DRAGON over there being fixated on me and my other half.

PS. He's afraid of "newbies" and Im just curious how long it will take you to run him off the board! (or shall we say take a five minute Hiatus from this board and onto another)  Oh and he does NOT answer questions. You'll find out soon enough Im sure!

So if you are looking for some real cleaning convo  THEN WELCOME!

Diva:  If you would have read the post  I simply told Dennis that you and Gomer are the people to talk to regarding op cleaning.  Maybe it was not politicaly correct the way in which I typed it but I guess you can take for what it was worth.  I guess some people just go looking for trouble and if they can't find some than make some.Guitar

the above posts are what I was refering to and the people who seem to dislike SuperGlide Ken.  I'm just a nice (usually) guy who wants to learn, share and have some fun along the way.

Why are you still bring up my name Mr.HUMANSTAIN???

Dennis just for the record that is so incorrect!

GMONEY AND I love to debate issues. When Someone brings an issue that we disagree with, we will give our opinion and wait for that persons response.

With certain people on this board, this opportunity is not given to us, YOU see certain people can not debate, articulate or be open minded about anything. so therefore they have to resort to name calling and trashing things they no nothing about!

I hope you have had an opportunity to look at some of the past posts to see exactly what I am talking about!

Also I would for warn you. Don't get on Dougs bad side as you can see doug just loves to bring our name up in conversation.  WHY you ask?? Especially when the topics he brings our name up in, have nothing to do with us!

Because he is bitter and can't let anything go!~

take care

Dennis:  Character assasination and name calling seem to be Diva's strong point again she didn't read the post.  I thought this matter had been dealt with.  But who can't let go???  I am beginning to think when things go wrong at home take it out on Doug.  I think anger management should be in order.Guitar

DOUG,

I do believe these are your word to STEAMER

Why don't you take your own advise regarding GMONEY AND ME?

MAYBE, DOUG, YOU HAVE SOME SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATION ISSUES AND MAYBE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ARTICULATE YOUR FEELINGS OR THOUGHTS APPROPRIATELY AND FOR THAT I APOLOGIZE.

I APOLOGIZE FOR MISUNDERSTANDING YOUR MEGER ATTEMPT TO SIMLPY INFORM OUR NEW MEMBER OF THE KNOWLEDGE "GMONEY" AND I HAVE.

IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN THANK YOU FOR TRYING YOUR BEST TO RELAY THIS MESSAGE.

I WILL ADD THOUGH, THAT CONSIDERING (IN PREVIOUS POSTS) BOTH "GMONEY"  AND I HAVE PROVEN THAT OUR KNOWLEDGE IN THIS INDUSTRY GOES FAR BEYOND JUST PADDING. MAYBE FOR FUTURE I'LL FORWARD ON OUR RESUMES AND THEN YOU CAN BETTER REFER US AS PEOPLE TO SEEK INFO FROM.

ONCE AGAIN I APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING

THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND!

LOL.

The glass is either half full or half empty.

Some will always see it as half empty.

I prefer the half full view and look around to see what I can use to fill the rest.
