Thanks.

Too many. Cleanco should have done them before they sold the unit

If you want more than 200, you'll have to get a Little Giant. If you want more vac, close off the vac relief and install a kunkle or bayco set at 15 or 16 inches. Scrap the 1.5 and go 2" all the way to the wand(big difference). Get a 2" wand. Greenhorn is way cheaper than a Ti. Too much to type. Call me if you want more details. 807-625-1414

Why buy a Cleanco in the firstplace, my first Cleanco was in 1985 with a 6.2 chevy diesel..........what a piece of junk from day one, I used to leave the keys in the truck and the side door open to air out the smell, with all windows down and never had it stolen in 7 years.......... even the thieves knew they couldn't get a decent buck for it

Understanding the Cleanco "Heat Max PTI"
The "Heat Max PTI" is designed to transfer the exhaust heat generated by the Roots vacuum blower to the cleaning solution as the final heating stage. To fully understand the heat transfer system of the Cleanco Compact the following steps occur:
- The water flows from the fresh water tank through a strainer, into the water pump where it is pumped to the pressure regulator providing constant desired pressure.
- The water then goes to the heat exchangers (Dual or Quad) when water is called for in the cleaning process, it flows to the heat exchangers under pressure. Heat from the engine coolant is exchanged to the cleaning solution through a series of spiraled copper tubing. This allows the engine coolant to travel in a "reverse flow" direction to the cleaning solution creating a very efficient transfer of heat out of the engine and into the cleaning solution.
- The last stage of heat exchange takes place in the "Heat Max PTI" located under the baseplate. This is the hottest point of the exhaust from the vacuum blower which is forced through the "Heat Max PTI". The cleaning solution travels from the heat exchangers to the "Heat Max PTI" where it is channeled through a series of stainless steel tubing, boosting the temperature of the cleaning solution.
- The hot cleaning solution passes to the outlet manifold which serves as a temperature sensing point and connecting point for the high pressure hoses. The cleaning soution then passes through high pressure hoses and is distributed by the cleaning tool to the surface that is being cleaned.
Note: For maximum heat and overall performance, the recommended floor tool jet sizing not to exceed a total of ".03" Using larger jet sizes on your cleaning unit may reduce cleaning temperatures.
Example: Dual-jet wand uses two 110015 jets (110 deg spray angle w/015 orifice). 015 x 2 = .02 Stair tool jet size: 11003

Jack,
Quit living in the 80's Cleanco has come a long way since 1985. This unit will beat the pants off any American PTO. The only reason they have not sold more into the states is because most of America think that we are all drunken Eskimos.

That is not true. We think you don't like us, maybe something to do with our often perceived arrogant attitude. Guess we believe the propaganda fed to us since we were knee high to a knee.
We don't actually know (at least some of us) what chemicals are legal here, is there a difference in voltage or plugs, what sort of problems exist now with shipping across the borders - things like that.
I have talked to some folks up north that will not have anything to do with people from the states and won't give you the time of day, preferring to discuss any matter with a Canadian only.
Back to my Cabernet.
