I was recently in an auto accident and will be getting a pretty descent check for my pain/suffering.The amount wont be large enough to pop straight into truckmount so am going to go with 2 porties.Am looking at the Mytee M12 for my hard surface cleaning and the Mytee 1003DX 450 psi w/heat for my carpet needs.I guess the question is are these basically 2 of the better portables available for basic residential jobs for the price (Getting both with accessories for $6200 which includes carpet wand, stair tool, upholstry tool,12" spinner and hand held spinner) and if there are better porties please tell me where to look. I know the M12 will do both hard surface and carpet but @210 lbs. will suck for multiple story apartments so will have 2 carpet machines with 1 being able to handle my tile jobs.
