I don't believe it as well.

Why not?

Because 2" hose loses lift at the rate of 25"WL per 100 ft of length.

15"HG = about 200" at the truck

800 ft of vac hose - 200" lost lift(25"/100 X 8) = 0 lift @ wand

Sure Jack. You can run it. So have I. But you will have very little power at the end of it compared to a guy that ran the same thing with 100 ft out. A 68 blower has alot more power to start with(twice that of a 45 in fact), so you can still clean with them even at that distance.

I think that what people do not believe is that a regular 45 blower(connected to a 24 Honda engine) can have 800 ft of hose connected and be able to clean properly at that distance. The blower you have can run higher than 15" HG and moves double the cfm at the higher lift. Not an apples to apples comparisan.

Friend of mine has a cleanco 47 unit.....we tried with all the hose he had in his truck 250 ft.....straight line of hose with one curve going into his home and the wand made a gurgle noise and hardly sucked at all ( is this normal )

Not normal Jack.

My Cleanco 47 has good power at 250 ft. It is good till about 500 ft. Not enough lift after that.

I bought a SteamAction from Ted years ago with a 68 Blower and I ran over 800 feet many a time with no loss of suction than 100 feet. It had a control that boosted the Roots blower to compensate for the extra run . The only thing that at full throttle I can see dollar signs whistle out of  the tail pipe .....that unit sucked alot of gas
