hi guys- what is the best way to know if the carpet you are going to clean is a berber? i know berber is a looped design or so i've been told. is there a simple way to determine this or what? i hope this isn't a dumb question. thanks. ------------- happy cleaning |

Berber is the method of construction, not the material it is made from. The best way to identify it is go to a large carpet store and ask for samples of all the berber styles they carry.
