Hi, I have been doing bonnet cleaning for the past year, and i am not gonna lie when i say i have a hard time believing in my own product.... Dont have the money for a TM but i know I need a new system... I wouldnt mind picking up a portable right now for the next year or two untill i have some more capital for a TM... After looking around and reading these forums I see the Recoil seems to be a fan favorite, but I was hoping to do some T&G work and so I have been sorta caught on the Mytee M-12.... Anyone used this machine, or has anyone dealt with Mytee before? Is it a reliable brand? I know there are bad eggs out there, just trying to avoid landing one myself... Thanks for reading, and thanks for anyone that has any information

Hi Trevor. I myself have the Mytee M-12. The only probs I was having with it was the auto dump. I kept fartin around with it and haven't had a problem since. Ask 10 people and you'll get 10 different answers. I myself love the thing where as others have not had much luck.

Maybe fill out your profile and others might help and perhaps point you in the right direction.Smile

Good luck on your decision. Mark

hey thanks for the advice... does it do a pretty good job for T&G? Is the heater pretty reliable for carpet cleaning? I just picked up a rotovac so it seems like the ideal machine... what length of hose do you use with it?

Right now I'm just running 50 ft hoses. I've heard of people running up to 100ft and not affecting enough to notice.
I myself just do T&G, no carpets. It does a fantastic job with my Turbo. I don't use the heat as you probably know that it would not be able to keep up doing T&G.
Others say the heater is great for carpets tho.

Have a good one. Mark

I don't have one, but I'll trade you a Sandia Sniper T&G for the M-12.  I like pretty much everything about that machine.

you can get yourself a nice cheap ninja for starters.  Focus more on vac power and at least 400 psi.  You can add heat later.  the rotovac tile heads/head will make up for the low psi on T&G.

Do NOT go with anything less than 1000 psi. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
