Your Rebate Check

As you probably know, you will soon be recieving a rebate check from the government to help stimulate the economy.

If you spend the money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China.

If you spend it on gasoline, all the money will go to the Arab Emirates.

If you purchased a computer, it will go to India.

If you purchase fruits and vegetables, it will go to Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala.

If you purchase a good car it will go to Japan.

If you purchase useless stuff it will go to Taiwan.

None of these things will help our American Economy...so

We need to keep that money here in America. The only way to keep the money here at home is to spend it at a Yard Sale.

Spend it on corn, and it will stay in America.

Also, what's wrong with spending it in Canada? (On non-teflon based products, of course!)

Most of the rebate money is being borrowed from China, anyway.  Send it to me; I'll make sure it stays in the States.

If you want your money to stay in America, spend it on a service. Maybe hire some schmuck to come clean your carpetsWink  I know I hate to clean my own for some reason! Other than that it is hard to find a way to truly keep it in America.
