The time and energy you spend with a difficult client may be enough that you can replace the person with two or three new clients. Besides, any good business knows it must regularly market the business. A bsiness should be able to replace a fired or dropped client in a short time. So how do you fire the client? 1. The bargain shopper: As a general rule, the client who pays the least will expect the most. I've got a lady that cleans her carpet every 2 weeks (yes it needs it, they don't clean at all) and she's a pain in the arse but moneys money

bunch of crack heads with kids, food on the floor, stains (who knows what) but $130 every 2 weeks not months WEEKS. to each there own I guess.

no but they did borrow some money from there drug dealer once to pay for a 20 gal flood clean up, She ask him in front of me "you got that stuff" some people.

| I have found needles, crack pipes, weed, burnt spoons, candles, wax everywhere, etc... I do commercial hotel/motel cleaning though. The monthly and weeklys are the worst. full of welfare crackheads. |
