Well guys after months of work and a lot of help from good friends the OPE manual is done and it is very exciting. It turned out much better than I thought it would.

Con Schultz, Sam Bennett, Coby Gibson, Chris Johnson and David Roth all played a part in making it the OPE manual it should be.

Thank you guys, without you, this would have had hillbilly written all over it.

It is on sale on the Store or can be ordered by calling the office.

I was also a bit astounded at printing costs for something this illustrated and large.

Ouch, that printing must be expensive.  How much for a digital copy online in adobe acrobat.

A digital copy would just be sent around to cleaners, I didn't spend 3 months in the basement writing to have it handed around for free. I know that sounds tough, but I have seen it happen time after time.

If someone is afraid of spending a couple hundred bucks to keep from making many of the mistakes I did, learn quickly, learn how to clean efficiently and learn how to get and keep customers, then chances are they are not really into building thier business anyways.

Hey Mr PadMan
I have paid for and received books online in the past (in PDF format); couldn't you do the same thing? Quicker and more reliable for me to get it here in Australia

John, would your manual help me ? LOLSmileSmileSmile John  I hope you are doing well and the family  too. I drive by your dads old house once in awhile to my daughters place in San Marcus I sure enjoyed the time I spent with him. John, I can never remember who had my company first, Vander Felt or Obeek. I still have customers from 30 yrs ago ask for them.

I see your point there, but being a lazy bastard and impatient as  I am, a 60 second download as against several weeks snail mail is way easier for me. With my attention span I'd probably be wondering who sent me a book and why by then!LOL

Hey Tom, yes it would, there is a lot of info in it.

My uncle Marvin Obink owned Argosheen carpet cleaners first, later he sold out to his son in law Dave Van Hammersveld, who now cleans in Michigan.

I haven't been by dads place since he passed away, I am sure that will be wierd the first time, he lived there 49 years...
